Partner engagement disclosure

Hamilton & Merchant coordinates a network of partners for specialty work (bankruptcy counsel, litigation counsel, tax defense, forensic accounting, CRO / turnaround, SBA workout specialists). In some engagements we may receive a referral or coordination fee from a partner, or we may bill the client directly for oversight of the partner engagement. All fee arrangements are disclosed in writing before any paid work begins. Our recommendation of a partner is made on the basis of client fit, not referral economics.

Scope of direct services

Services we perform directly include debt reduction and creditor negotiation, merchant cash advance intervention, contract renegotiation, commercial lease renegotiation, business consulting, and cost reduction auditing. Scope, fee, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a written agreement before work begins.
